Clear Zone Cleaning – Service Agreement & Payment Authorization

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking services with Clear Zone Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided in Seattle, Eastside, and King County, Washington.
2. Service Booking
When scheduling a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including property details, contact information, and service requirements.
Clear Zone Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if inaccurate or misleading information is provided.
3. Payment Processing & Stripe Authorization
Clear Zone Cleaning uses Stripe, Inc. as our secure third-party payment processor.
By booking a service, you authorize Clear Zone Cleaning to:
Charge your debit or credit card for scheduled services
Charge for recurring appointments (if applicable)
Charge for approved add-on services
Charge cancellation or lockout fees when applicable
Charge outstanding balances or unpaid invoices
All card information is securely processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance standards. Clear Zone Cleaning does not directly store or have access to full card details.
4. Recurring Service Authorization
For recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), you authorize automatic charges to your payment method on the scheduled service date.
You may cancel recurring services with proper notice as outlined in the Cancellation Policy below.
5. Cancellations & Late Fees
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
6. Failed Payments & Card Declines
If a payment is declined:
You agree to provide an alternative payment method immediately
Outstanding balances must be resolved before future services are performed
Services may be suspended until payment is completed
Clear Zone Cleaning reserves the right to retry failed payments.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to contact Clear Zone Cleaning directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Submission of documentation to the payment processor
Recovery of associated dispute fees
Stripe dispute processing fees may be added to balances if disputes are found to be invalid.
8. Refund Policy
Payments for completed services are non-refundable unless Clear Zone Cleaning determines a service error occurred.
All refund determinations are made at our discretion following investigation.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours.
We may return to address the concern at no additional cost.
10. Liability Limitations
Clear Zone Cleaning is licensed and insured in Washington State.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Improperly secured items
Structural or material defects
Items not disclosed prior to service
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. SMS & Electronic Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:
Appointment reminders
Booking confirmations
Service updates
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
12. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to:
Unsafe working conditions
Harassment or inappropriate conduct
Non-payment
Violation of these Terms
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
